Yes, I saw people rejoicing.
I don't know, I just felt an overwhelming sense of relief.
Personally, I don't think the Lord encourages us to rejoice, even when it's over the death of a horrible, horrible man who facilitated the murder of thousands of innocent people.
Vengence is mine sayeth the Lord...
